Sam Evaluation
This came from this blog post about the Joel Test. Sam was looking for a way to evaluate potential clients. He needed to determine where the work was at so he could figure out how best to help them. It is also a useful exercise to stimulate thinking about what’s possible and help clients uncover any gaps in their current systems.
